Standard Treatment

Description

A 30 minutes massage appointment including techniques such as effleurage flushing, deep tissue manipulation, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, PNF stretching, dynamic cupping and range of motion integration. Immediately followed by a 45 minute Manual Osteopathic Therapy appointment, utilizing various techniques of osteoarticulations, myofascial remodeling, manual lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy and visceral manipulation.
