Description

45 minute Manual Osteopathic Therapy appointment. Techniques of osteoarticulations, myofascial remodeling, manual lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy and visceral manipulation. Followed by a 30 minute Massage appointment. Techniques such as deep tissue manipulation, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, PNF stretching, dynamic cupping and range of motion integration.
