At SB Wellness, our main goal is to identify and treat the root cause of your pain and discomfort. Shari Brochu is a manual therapy practitioner who has an advanced diploma of Massage Therapy/Sports Massage Therapy from the Alberta Institute of Massage as well as a diploma in Manual Osteopathic Therapy from the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada. She has taken numerous courses in a variety of additional modalities to help expand both her knowledge and treatment tools. Some of these include: dynamic cupping, hot stone therapy, yoga instructor training and she is currently studying "RAPID" neurofascial reset. Treatments focus on the health and wellness of the entire body - not just the painful area or seemingly affected part. By improving muscular imbalance and decreasing spasm, correcting skeletal misalignments, removing fascial restrictions, enhancing joint mobility, boosting nervous system activity, improving organ function, encouraging vascular and lymphatic drainage and promoting cerebrospinal fluid flow, all treatments help facilitate WHOLE body healing.

Each session will be tailored specifically to the client. Upon initial assessment and consultation, a treatment plan will be established between the practitioner and the client to determine which type of therapy is best suited for you. Please select your desired appointment length and for more information or any concerns, please contact the clinic via text or email and we will be happy to assist you further.
